1. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. During the trial period:
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan
- No payment is required to start
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charge
- If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service and the free trial offered, all sales are final and non-refundable once your paid subscription begins.
We encourage all users to fully evaluate ListLabs during the free trial period before committing to a paid subscription.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for:
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Extended outages: Service unavailable for 24+ continuous hours
- Technical issues: Documented platform bugs preventing core functionality
